The Council of the Town of Viking have identified a need to promote and attract business and industry to the Town. The plan is to foster this environment by offering municipal tax incentives to new and existing businesses. The proposed incentives will offer substantial savings of municipal taxes for up to 4 years on new construction and renovation of existing businesses. By offering these incentives the Town of Viking hope to attract new business and expand the tax base to offer a lower overall tax rate.
