Lauries Vintage Creations

 In April 2015 community resident Laurie Ritchie embarked on opening a new retail store, in the back of Ritchie’s Agencies building on main street. This retail store offering, curated home décor items, women’s jewellery and handbags, as well as a line of paint and wood products to offer DIY home décor signs.

As the business grew as did the need for more space. After several renovations and modifications, a larger classroom space was created, with retail items in the front of the storefront, and more storage on-site.

In the fall of 2023 Laurie announced she would be closing the business at the end of 2023.  This quickly changed when Irma resident Dannielle MacKenzie contacted Laurie to discuss another option.

In January of 2024 Dannielle purchased Lauries Vintage Creations.

The Town of Viking congratulates Dannielle and welcomes her to the community.  We wish you great success in your new business adventure.
